What lessons can we draw from the case of Hiroshima? How can the link between Peace Studies and Hiroshima be illustrated? Messages of peace from Hiroshima can be diverse depending on the angle Hiroshima is analyzed from. This book is composed of chapters written by scholars of the International Relations, International Law, History, Media Studies, Sociology, Literary Studies, Area Studies, and Anthropology. Short essays written by survivors of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima and practitioners are also incorporated in the book.
